Confirmation
I will respond with approx. start date and if all looks good a $100 deposit will secure your booking!

You will receive updates on your portrait as it comes to life.
Once you have approved and finalised the finished portrait it will be securely shipped straight to you!
Photo Guide
Please remember, the clearer the photo the more detailed your portrait will be! Your pet will often have its own unique personality e.g tilting their head, lying a certain way, loving a particular toy, bed or even water!
Lighting - try to capture your pet in natural light or even better on an overcast day, to ensure their true fur and eye colour are represented.
Distance - try to take the photo as close as possible and at their eye level. This helps ensure all required detail is available, as it gets lost when the subject is as at distance.
Focus - please try to make sure important features like eyes and fur are in focus and clear.
Multiple subjects - pets can be arranged on one portrait from different photos, but please try to ensure the same guides from above apply to each photo.
Deceased - I understand there are times when you only have the photos you have. Please contact me and I will let you know if I am able to work with the images you have.
Terms and Conditions
Copyright - The artist retains all rights, including but not limited to, full copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork produced. Artwork may not be reproduced without prior permission from the artist.
Payment - To secure booking, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. Upon completion of your portrait, a digital image will be sent for your approval. Only then will I require the final payment. When this has been received, I will securely ship your portrait within 2 business days. A payment plan is available if desired.
Changes - Once the portrait is commenced, changes are not permitted. (Unless allowed at the discretion of the artist) Please note, while every effort is made to ensure your portrait details are accurate, please keep in mind there may be subtle differences due to monitor and printer settings displaying colours differently.
Refunds/Cancellations - Due to the nature of the work produced, including the materials needing to be purchased and time taken to complete, refunds are not permissible. However, if unforeseen circumstances prevent the artist from starting or completing your portrait and the client does not wish to wait past the agreed time, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Shipping - Upon receipt of final payment all orders are shipped securely to your nominated address within 2 business days. In the unlikely event a portrait is damaged in transit, please notify me immediately, with a photo. Depending on the extent of the damage, I may require it to be returned to me for repair.
